Warranty

This tool is guaranteed for 3 years from date of purchase. If when used for the intended purpose the tool proves to be defective due to a manufacturing fault we undertake to exchange or repair it free of charge within the first year. After the first year repair costs are free but parts are chargeable.

Parts subjected to fair wear and tear are excluded. This guarantee in no way affects your statutory or common law rights.

In order to obtain the warranty service you must return the tool in suitable packaging post prepaid with the original receipt

Please note this tool has been tested to the highest industry standards, and Jannock Tools cannot be held responsible for damage as a result of using it for any other purpose than described in the instruction leaflet that accompanies the product or if it has been wilfully damaged, misused or abused.

Safety

Under no circumstances should the tool be used for anything other than the intended purpose of installing or removing nuts and bolts.

No extension / breaker bars nor grips of any kind should be used to increase the torque to twist or swing the tool as illustrated in the instructions.

Nor should any other tool or device such as for example a hammer be used to turn the wrench.

Any evidence of such use will void the warranty.
